Privacy policy
What personal data this service handles, why, for how long, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
This service is operated by [Company legal name], [Registered address], registered as [Company registration number]. For anything about your personal data, write to [Privacy contact email].
What we collect
Account details: your name, your email address and, where this service keeps a password itself, a salted hash of it — never the password.
What you put in a workspace: the products you connect, the work agents do on them, the decisions people make at each gate, and the history of all of it.
What you send through the contact form: your name, your work email, your company, its size, what you are interested in and your message.
Technical data: the address a request came from, used to rate-limit sign-in and other public endpoints, and server logs. [Describe how long logs are kept.]
Why, and on what basis
To provide the service you signed up for, to answer what you asked us through the contact form, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. [State the legal basis for each purpose under the law that applies to you.]
Cookies and storage in your browser
A session cookie keeps you signed in. It is HttpOnly, so no script on the page can read it. A second cookie and your browser's storage remember your language, market and theme.
[List any analytics or marketing cookies this deployment adds, or state that there are none.]
Who else processes it
The services this deployment relies on are listed on the subprocessors page. Integrations you connect to a workspace, such as a code host or an issue tracker, receive what agents send them on your instruction.
How long we keep it
When a workspace is deleted, its data is removed after a grace period during which the deletion can be called off, and its stored files are erased after that. [State retention periods for accounts, contact-form messages, backups and logs.]
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to or restrict how it is used. A workspace owner can export the workspace's data themselves at any time. [Describe how to make a request, the response time, and your right to complain to a supervisory authority.]
Transfers
[Describe where data is stored and processed, and the safeguards for any international transfer.]
Changes
[Describe how changes to this policy are announced.] Last updated: [Date].
