Terms of service
The agreement between you and [Company legal name] for using this service.
The service
Automation Studio runs software agents that work on the products you connect to it. A new workspace starts in paper mode, where every integration is mocked and nothing reaches a real system. Agents act on real systems only once you add credentials and switch the workspace to live.
Your account
You are responsible for the people you invite, the roles you give them, and keeping your sign-in details to yourself. [State any age or eligibility requirements.]
What agents do on your behalf
Agents use only the credentials you provide, and only the capabilities each role is granted. Merging, deploying and anything sent to your customers wait at a gate for a person in your workspace to approve. An approval given in your workspace is your decision.
You are responsible for having the right to connect the systems and data you connect, and for reviewing what you approve.
Fees
Paid plans are billed as shown on the pricing page. Each plan has a monthly ceiling on what agents may spend on models; when it is reached, agents pause, and nothing is billed as overage. [State billing cycle, taxes, refunds and notice of price changes.]
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to attack or probe systems you are not allowed to, or to get around its limits. [Add any further restrictions.]
Your data
What you put in a workspace stays yours. You can export it at any time, and when you delete a workspace its data is removed after a grace period. How we handle personal data is set out in the privacy policy and, for business customers, the data processing agreement.
Availability and changes
[Describe service levels, maintenance, and how changes to the service or these terms are announced.]
Liability
[Warranties, limitation of liability and indemnities.]
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. [State when and how [Company legal name] may suspend or end an account.]
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by [Governing law], and disputes go to [Courts or arbitration]. Last updated: [Date].
